State NRM Community Stewardship Grants – NOW OPEN!

Posted in:
Community Engagement

Natural resource management in the Wheatbelt is driven by community action. Businesses, farmers, community groups and individuals all play a part in protecting our region’s natural assets.

The State NRM program has just released its annual Community Stewardship Grants to support communities in the protection of their soils, water, air, vegetation and biodiversity.

About The Community Stewardship Grants

Community stewardship in natural resource management recognizes the value of local knowledge, volunteer efforts and strong partnerships. They are available every year to support community-based projects that help conserve, restore, rehabilitate or enhance our biodiversity. You can find more information and guidelines here.
