Eligibility:

  • Over 18 years of age and a:
  • Farmer
  • Farmworker
  • Farm supplier/contractor

Are you doing it tough because of the drought? You may be entitled to receive a one-off payment of up to $3,000 funded by the Drought Community Support Initiative (DCSI). You may apply again under Round 2 if you applied and/or received funding under Round 1. Each eligible household is entitled to one payment under DCSI 1 and DCSI 2 only.

Tax Implications:

  • The payment is not considered to be taxable income.
