Wheatbelt NRM staff getting down and dirty

Posted in:
Healthy Environments

Last week the Wheatbelt NRM team got their hands dirty and reminded ourselves about why we do the work we do by spending a day tree planting with the Noongar Budjar Rangers.

While many of our staff are out and about working with community some of us are stuck behind our computers and don’t get to experience that joy on a daily basis.

There is also nothing like a day of chit chat over the potti-putki and sharing a sausage sizzle lunch to build our team relationships and just take time to enjoy each other’s company.

I know I for one came back to the office inspired by the work we do and the amazing beauty of our unique Wheatbelt environment.
