Professor Mark Morrison from Charles Sturt University will present on the role of certification in promoting good soil management. Mark is leading the Soil CRC project Understanding and promoting good soil stewardship which is exploring to what degree consumers are willing to pay more for their food if it has been produced using good soil management practices.
